Minimize Car Accidents

These days, every one who owns a car must know the safety rules. We’ve watched or seen road accidents every now and then and it’s really horrifying to see the gory details. Sometimes, no matter how much proper care and attention we put into driving safely, we can’t say the same with other offensive drivers on the road. Still, tragic accidents happen and most of the time, it’s not our fault. So, we just have to be more careful and not to forget the easy and simple precautions we have to do.

How can we minimize mishaps?

  • Defensive Driving – every driver must learn how to be defensive and not offensive. This includes driving with your mind in full concentration and having a sense of courtesy on the road. You just can’t turn left when the red light is on. This would result to accidents when you can prevent it.

Boost Your Immune System with Conzace!

We used to be a family who never missed a trip to the hospital once a month. But, things changed over less than a year ago. Somehow, the lifestyle change and new medicines/vitamins opened a door to healthy bodies thus less visits to the doc.

I work online, handling a few people and tons of work. I sleep barely 4 or 5 hours a day. I take a nap yeah, but you can call it a “power nap”, coz it only lasts about 15 minutes. But each time, I feel renewed energy, enough to last me a few more hours and by 8pm, my eyes feel drowsy and my head, reeling.

Hubby works in a posh hotel. He’s a sup and apart from handling his department’s staff, he juggles between 3 other tasks. He comes home tired and sometimes even falls asleep while sitting down. Need I say more?

As for the kids, they both have mild asthma. Sudden changes in weather can make them sick, as well as things that other kids usually shrug off.

So basically, sicknesses were dragging us down to the hospital bed and let’s not forget, draining our savings to a big 0.

Of course like any parent, we looked for solutions. We found some for the kids and luckily, they’re far better and honestly haven’t been sick this first half of the year. If you wanna know why, please READ MY REVIEW HERE.

Hubby and I on the other hand, is taking Conzace. We discovered this nutritional supplement late last year and since then been taking it. Believe me, we have tried many others but to no avail.

Vacation Time!

I haven’t really gone on a vacation for a few years now but this year, I vowed to have at least a few days of R&R or I’ll go crazy!

It’s school break so the kids will make me crazier even more that they are home all the time, lol. Plus, work has gone on a different level and is giving me a lot of stress lately. Thus, several vacations are needed to help me relax a little and enjoy my family.

Are You Fond of Body Piercing?

To tell you the truth, I’m not. But, let’s just respect those who have done this coz it’s their bodies anyway, right?

I’m just confused why someone would want their tongues pierced and place stud on it. I mean, doesn’t it hurt when eating more so when food gets stuck there? I wouldn’t be able to eat at all!

Of Birthdays and Getting Old…

I just celebrated my birthday and turned blip! blip! years old (*wink*).. Sorry ’bout that but age is just a number and it doesn’t matter how young or old a person is. What matters in my own opinion, is that you are living the life that you want and comfortable, happy and contented with it.

Cars vs Motorbikes – Why a Car is Safer

It is often said that riding motorbikes is very dangerous, and that driving a car is a far safer option. This is a highly contentious issue, however there are merits to both sides of the argument. Here are a few key points to consider in the car vs motorbike debate.

Visibility

While driving a car, your degree of visibility is often reliant on the make, model and styling of your vehicle. Vans, 4WD’s and trucks have far greater visibility than cars which are lower to the road. When riding a motorbike, the barriers to your vision are far less than in a car, and the riding position instantly gives you an advantage when it comes to visibility. This allows a motorbike rider to assess and react to a potentially dangerous situation in a shorter time than someone in a car with poor visibility.

Life Changing Decisions

My life seemed to shatter into pieces when our family doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure. I know it sounds overreacting, but knowing how people with high blood pressure live their life is definitely alarming for me. I never thought that teens my age are not exempted from this health threat. I have friends that are way older than me who are now very conscious with everything they do; even cutting back some activities we used to do just to avoid the pressure to rise. That makes me very afraid. Now, I need to constantly check my blood pressure with my newly-bought Welch Allyn sphygmomanometer to see if my blood pressure is under control. I guess I need to have that one as part of my daily routine.
