Since Manille Liqueurs only utilize the oils from the calamansi and dalandan skin, the production of this liqueur ends with a lot of underutilized citrus pulp, seeds, and even rinds. The calamansi and dalandan by-products from the production of Manille Liqueur de Calamansi and Dalandan are then ground into a natural citrus mud.
