Filinvest City’s Christmas: Share the Sparkle literally spreads the holiday joy as it opens its sprawling Spectrum Midway for fun and attractions this month. To make the yuletide season bright and merry, Filinvest City has lined up exciting activities and set up holiday installations and decorations throughout its vibrant community and safe spaces.
This year’s Christmas celebration focuses on togetherness, giving, joy, and hope despite the challenges. Through the various activities and festivities lined up, Filinvest City wants to share the Sparkle with everyone in the community during this magical time of year.
For the remaining weekends leading to Christmas: December 10-11 and 17-18, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., visitors can enjoy exploring through the Spectrum Market’s delightful products and savor a varied fare in an alfresco setting. Acoustic performers, buskers in costumes, stilts walkers, and many other forms of entertainment will add to the thrill of Spectrum Midway’s Christmas offerings.
A 32-foot Christmas tree holds pride of place at Spectrum Linear Park, the hub of this year’s festivities. It is complemented by the walkthrough tunnel of lights and life-sized Belen (nativity scene) illuminated with bright colorful holiday lights.
Visitors can walk around unhampered by motor vehicles as Spectrum Midway’s sections B and C will be closed off from vehicles starting Dec. 3 until Dec. 31, 2021.
Free parking will be provided at Spectrum Midway (Section C) on a first-come-first-served basis.
Those who cannot find space at the designated parking area can use the pay parking at the nearby Festival Mall Commerce Ave. Entrance and Commercenter. Directional signages will be in place to guide visitors.
Everyone is welcome to explore the holiday outdoor fun at Filinvest City. Minimum health protocols will be observed in the area so everyone can be safe and be able to fully enjoy and Share the Sparkle of Christmas at Filinvest City.
