People are asking what keeps me in a good state of health these days and slimmer, if I may add. Well, I don’t follow a regular diet program nor do I spend time to exercise. I still eat whatever I want. I actually just had a bite size KitKat dark for dessert after lunch today because it’s a cheat day Sunday. I do indulge in sodas and sweets sometimes, but in moderation. The trick is eating right, don’t starve yourself. Most especially, have a daily health regimen to help you control your eating habits as well as cravings.
I’m a sucker for anything fashionable and yes, shiny. But you can’t call me a magpie because I don’t steal, lol.. You know, a bird specie who likes all things shiny and steals them, put them in their nests..
Anyway, here’s a new post about my new “shiny” fave, the Waterproof Rhinestone Alloy Quartz Multi-Movement Wrist Watch I got for review from tmart.com.
I remember when I was a kid, I used to be sickly and a frequent visitor in the hospital. I hated drinking medicines because then, they all tasted yucky and made me vomit. A time came when I had to pretend I drank them religiously but my dad caught me hiding the meds in a secret pocket under the huge Narra wooden table.
When I became a mom, of course my fears included repeating the same situations and mistakes but luckily, medicines and supplements these days have different flavors to suit the children’s taste buds. I’m glad the pharmaceutical companies thought of this brilliant idea of making flavored syrups especially. I can’t say the same with most tablets and capsules though but happy that my teenage son can take the awful taste.
There are still many people who own those old record playing vinyls and some even buy and collect them as souvenirs of the old genre. It’s a great investment alright but of course to further enjoy the music, you need to have a turntable, well unless you plan on just storing them as display in your living room.
In this modern day where technology has risen to powerful and great lengths, a turntable is considered an antique. So, what will you do with those old vinyl records that you spent so much money on when you were young?
Don’t be dismayed, let me introduce you to USB Turntables! Yeah you read it right, turntables have now become high-tech!
We used to be a family who never missed a trip to the hospital once a month. But, things changed over less than a year ago. Somehow, the lifestyle change and new medicines/vitamins opened a door to healthy bodies thus less visits to the doc.
I work online, handling a few people and tons of work. I sleep barely 4 or 5 hours a day. I take a nap yeah, but you can call it a “power nap”, coz it only lasts about 15 minutes. But each time, I feel renewed energy, enough to last me a few more hours and by 8pm, my eyes feel drowsy and my head, reeling.
Hubby works in a posh hotel. He’s a sup and apart from handling his department’s staff, he juggles between 3 other tasks. He comes home tired and sometimes even falls asleep while sitting down. Need I say more?
As for the kids, they both have mild asthma. Sudden changes in weather can make them sick, as well as things that other kids usually shrug off.
So basically, sicknesses were dragging us down to the hospital bed and let’s not forget, draining our savings to a big 0.
Of course like any parent, we looked for solutions. We found some for the kids and luckily, they’re far better and honestly haven’t been sick this first half of the year. If you wanna know why, please READ MY REVIEW HERE.
Hubby and I on the other hand, is taking Conzace. We discovered this nutritional supplement late last year and since then been taking it. Believe me, we have tried many others but to no avail.
